St. Anne Centre is a non-profit, community-owned health centre, located in Arichat. This accredited Centre includes a combination of 29 long-term care beds and acute care, as well as a heliport for emergency airlifts.

Located in picturesque, St. Peter’s, NS. Richmond Villa is a modern long-term care facility that houses 59 beds for patients with complex care needs. The Villa also offers respite care to families in need and assisted living apartments.

Dr. Kingston Memorial Community Health Centre

This collaborative health practice focuses on the health and wellness needs of their community. Located in L’Ardoise, the Health Centre has a wide range of services they offer to the surrounding areas of Richmond County from seniors support to specialty clinics.

Strait Richmond Hospital

Serving the citizens of the Strait Area and Richmond County, this 20-bed hospital is located in Evanston, about 10 minutes away from the region’s largest commercial/service centre, Port Hawkesbury. The Strait Richmond Hospital offers a wide range of services from in-patient and out-patient care to renal dialysis services. Supported by an active hospital foundation.
